We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including delays caused by local customs or courier services. We are not liable for such delays.

Please note that we charge a handling fee of 10 € for unclaimed packages.

Customers may return products within 14 days. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. If free shipping was applied to the original order but after returns the remaining order value falls below 90 €, a shipping fee of 4.99 € (Finland) or 9.99 € (Sweden, Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania) or 12.99 € (EU excluding Sweden, Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania) will be deducted from the refund.

Payments are charged at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided during checkout.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions caused by our jewelry. Customers with known sensitivities should avoid using products containing materials that may trigger allergies.
