Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. 

 

FINLAND:

To initiate a return, please click here. Please note that a return fee of 6.50 € will be deducted from your refund amount. You will receive further instructions by email.

 

SWEDEN, ESTONIA, LATVIA AND LITHUANIA:

To initiate a return, please click here.  Please note that a return fee of 9.99 € will be deducted from your refund amount. You will receive further instructions by email.

 

EU (excluding Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania):

To initiate a return, please click here. Please note that a return fee of 12.99 € will be deducted from your refund amount. You will receive further instructions by email.

 

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

 

Return conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and in original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

 

Shipping fee deduction:

If your order qualified for free shipping, but after a full or partial return the remaining order total falls below 90 €, a shipping fee of 4.99 € (Finland) or 9.99 € (Sweden, Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania) or 12.99 € (EU excluding Sweden, Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania) will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds do not apply in cases where jewelry has been damaged due to catching, pulling or improper handling. Damage resulting from mishandling will not be eligible for a refund.

 

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info.contactrhee@gmail.com immediately. Send a photo of the defective item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
