Frequently asked questions

We process orders within 1-2 business days.

Finland: Delivery time is 2-5 business days after the order has been processed.

Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania: Delivery time is 2-7 business days after the order has been processed.

Rest of the European Union: Delivery time is 3-7 business days after the order has been processed.

We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you wish to return the product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

FINLAND:

To initiate a return, please send an email to info.contactrhee@gmail.com with your order number and a list of the products you wish to return. We will send the return shipping label to your email. Please make sure to include a note with your order number inside the package, so we can process your return correctly. Please note that a return fee of 6.50 € will be deducted from your refund amount.

EU (excluding Finland):

To initiate a return, please send an email to info.contactrhee@gmail.com with your order number and a list of the products you wish to return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Ship the items back to us using your preferred shipping method. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Please make sure to include a note with your order number inside the package, so we can process your return correctly.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Note that:

The product to be returned must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned
If you received free shipping but decide to return all or part of the order, and the total value of the remaining items falls below 90 €, a shipping fee of 4.99 € (Finland) or 9.99€ (Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania 12.99 € (rest of the European Union) will be deducted from the refunded amount

Oh no, we're so sorry! Please contact us immediately at info.contactrhee@gmail.com, however within 14 days at the latest. If there is a defect in the product, we will replace it with a new product, repair or refund, depending on the situation. Send us a photo to info.contactrhee@gmail.com and your order number.

All our products are covered by a defect liability in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. If there is a manufacturing or material defect in a product, you can contact us. For the first 6 months, the defect is presumed to have existed in the product at the time of purchase. Please note that jewelry is a delicate product and over time normal wear and tear may occur, which is not a defect. Tarnishing occurs when jewelry comes into contact with chemicals like perfumes, soaps, and hair products.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use or lack of proper care. Customers are responsible for treating their jewelry with care and avoiding exposure to conditions that may damage the product. Please read our jewelry care here
