How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days.

Finland: Delivery time is 2-5 business days after the order has been processed.

European Union: Delivery time is 3-7 business days after the order has been processed.

How do I return an item?

We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you wish to return the product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Send us an email to info.contactrhee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and products to be returned. Ship the package using your preferred shipping method to our address. Remember to include a note inside the package with your order number so we can identify your return. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Note that:

  • The product to be returned must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend you to use tracking, because we are not responsible for lost packages
  • If you received free shipping but decide to return all or part of the order, and the total value of the remaining items falls below €90, a shipping fee of 5.90 € (Finland) or 12,90 € (European Union) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
What materials are your jewelry made from?

Our jewelry is made from high-quality materials carefully selected for both durability and style:

  • Gold plated stainless steel – waterproof, tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic.
  • Gold plated brass – suitable for sensitive skin. While it doesn’t tarnish easily, it should be kept away from water, perfume, and other chemicals to maintain its shine. With proper care, gold-plated brass jewelry can stay beautiful for a long time.
  • Natural shells and freshwater pearls - they all have a unique shape
  • Semi-precious stones - each stone is one of a kind, with slight variations in shade and pattern.

What do I do if a product arrived damaged?

Oh no, we're so sorry! Please contact us immediately, however within 14 days at the latest. If there is a defect in the product, we will replace it with a new product, repair or refund, depending on the situation. Send us a photo to info.contactrhee@gmail.com

What is the warranty or liability for defects of the products?

All our products are covered by a defect liability in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. If there is a manufacturing or material defect in a product, you can contact us. For the first 6 months, the defect is presumed to have existed in the product at the time of purchase. Please note that jewellery is a delicate product and over time normal wear and tear may occur, which is not a defect. Tarnishing occurs when jewellery comes into contact with chemicals like perfumes, soaps, and hair products.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use or lack of proper care. Customers are responsible for treating their jewellery with care and avoiding exposure to conditions that may damage the product. Please read our jewelry care here
